"To Whom it may concern, Recently I had an issue with my Honda Rancher. I had purchased it from Chesterfield power sports before you took over the location. The issue that I had was caused by the miss installation of parts and shoddy workmanship from the dealer. I was put in contact with Leif in service. I advised him of the issue that I had and further told him it was an issue that was created by the previous ownership/management. Leif went out of his way to help me with my issues. I had written off Chesterfield due to the terrible service and follow up (every interaction was wrong and created more problems). I was done, never coming back. The only reason I contacted this time was the new name over the door. Thanks to Leif and all that he has done, I will be a customer of Surdyke not just now but for many years to come. I have not had much dealing with Surdyke in the past but can tell you, if this is indicative of your customer service, I have been missing out.
